So you wanna join the Celadon City Network(CCN), eh? Well follow
these rules before you apply!!!
1. Good layout, not one of those sites that you have to go
to the main page to do anything
2. A Fair amount of hits, at least 20-30 hits a day, or be
under 600 on PKMN Village Topsites
3. Must place the Celadon City Network(CCN) button on your
page
